project: The creation of a small high quality housing development in the heart of the Berkshire countryside.

Our clients were inspired to create a new development comprising two cottages and two apartments that captured the essence of a relaxed, rural lifestyle. Located on a challenging plot, the scale of the project and its location adjacent to a busy village required the work to be meticulously planned.

The architect's careful specification of facing bricks, joinery and clay roof tiles together with painstaking craftsmanship throughout the construction period, ensured that the completed development reflects it sensitive rural location.
